Rob earned his CGP and became an accredited NAHB Green Building Program Verifier (#049) in 2008. This followed an opportunity to represent the Log Homes Council in the development of the NAHB-ICC 700 - 2008 National Green Building Standard (NGBS).

Today, Rob is providing consulting services and serving on the Steering Committee of the Build Green NH Council. BGNH is one of the first NAHB Affiliated HBAs!

Introducing the NAHB Green Building Certification Program and Build Green NH presented to

Build Green NH® Certifies Home

The Home Builders and Remodelers Association of New Hampshire (HBRANH) announced the awarding of the first Gold Level certification under the new Build Green NH® program to the model home of ABODE Builders of New England (photo right). ABODE's Mountain Home is the first and only modular home in the country to achieve the highest level of green building certification from BuildGreen NH (Gold), LEED for Homes (Platinum), and a 5+ star rating from Energy Star. Using Epoch Homes’ modular system, the project also won a Gold Cornerstone Award for Green Building in NH.

Formatted for printing to an 8-1/2"x11" pdf file, the TimberLogic Owner's Manual is a specific set of instructions for a particular new home.
